VRE and Adsense, Keeping a Sound Perpsective...
Lots of hoopla is going around regarding Virtual Real Estate and making money with Adsense. In fact, there's been new software products that have come out that leverage this wave and aim to maximize page views in the hopes that Adsense revenue will increase.
But, hang on a second, what is VRE anyway? VRE is a marketing buzzword used to describe a strategy of marketers who have a lot of domains, web sites, traffic, etc., in varying or distinct niches. Marketers have sought to use this strategy for some time now, it is nothing new...but, it is a sound model if it is implemented right.
Who wouldn't want a VRE? I know I certainly do! Once you find out what works and create a successful site in one niche, its easy to see how income can multiply by replicating that success in other niches...in fact, what if you could get 5 successful sites going? 15? 40? Yeah, lots of cash coming in.
Suppose you had one niche web site that made $1200 a month. Nothing outstanding there but not bad for a little mini site either. Imagine if you had 10 of those sites? If they all made the same amount, you'd be hauling in $12,000 per month. Now you're gettin' where you want to be!
I want to make a point about this replication later on...for now, let's see what the current connection is between VRE and Adsense revenue.
Some marketers are being very aggressive building their VRE by building content only sites specifically for Adsense revenues. The sites don't sell anything, they don't really promote anything, they don't even really need to be all that well organized from a visual perspective. All the sites need to do is get a solid amount of page views and clicks as an extension of getting decent traffic. Nice concept!
Of course, there are tricks to making this a success and, like the replication I spoke of earlier, it will take some work.
Doesn't it all? Of course. But, once you learn what to do to be successful with one site, it is much simpler to repeat. In fact, your build time for new sites once you've learned how to build a successful site is a mere fraction of the time.
This Adsense craze is fairly new, and it really isn't that involved to be a success with it. In fact, there's people making $15,000+ per month in Adsense revenue.
Of course, you'll need to learn how start so you don't waste time...and, you'll need to be committed.
